The founding beta is deliberately local-first. This notice explains the small amount of information involved in the pre-release website and iPhone app.

Who is responsible

Leccy is a Caversham Digital product. For privacy questions, contact privacy@getleccy.com. Public beta applications are closed. A reviewed notice naming the verified legal operator and a non-residential geographic business address approved for this use will be published before any invitation collects personal information, whether by email, hosted form or account.

The pre-release website

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or a hosted sign-up form, and there is no public beta-application link. If you choose to email a published privacy or support address, your message is handled by your email provider, Forward Email and Google, which provides our destination Gmail mailbox. Vercel hosts the site and may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time in security and operational logs.

The founding iPhone beta

The first beta does not require an account. Customer, site, job, quote, renewal and document-handoff information is stored on the device. An imported certificate or report PDF, its file fingerprint and local review history also stay in the app's private container. Caversham Digital cannot see that information. The app only makes files available elsewhere when you deliberately use an iOS share or export action.

Your choices

Do not include sensitive customer information in any email.
Delete one handoff and its imported PDFs from that job, or use the in-app reset control for all local data.
Choose the destination and recipient whenever you export or share.
Ask us to delete privacy or support correspondence at any time.

Retention and lawful basis

Privacy and support emails are used to respond to your request. The working lawful basis is legitimate interests and, where appropriate, steps requested before a beta arrangement. Messages will not be added to general marketing without a separate opt-in. Correspondence is kept until you ask us to remove it or for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active legal or security matter. We may retain the minimum needed to honour an opt-out.

What will change later

Cloud accounts, team sync, AI services, paid entitlement checks or analytics are not part of the founding beta. If any are introduced, the data flow, this notice and the App Store privacy answers will be reviewed before those features go live.
