Privacy

Your work stays yours.

The founding beta is deliberately local-first. This notice explains the small amount of information involved in the pre-release website and iPhone app.

Who is responsible

Leccy is a Caversham Digital product. For privacy questions, contact privacy@getleccy.com. Verified legal-entity and postal details will be added before any public beta collects information through a hosted form or account.

The pre-release website

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels or a hosted sign-up form. Selecting the beta link opens your email app; any message you choose to send is then handled by your email provider and ours. Hosting providers may process short-lived technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time to secure and operate the service.

The founding iPhone beta

The first beta does not require an account. Customer, site, job, quote and renewal information is stored on the device. Caversham Digital cannot see that information. The app only sends a file elsewhere when you deliberately use an iOS share or export action.

Your choices

  • Do not include sensitive customer information in a beta email.
  • Delete local app data by using the in-app reset control or removing the app.
  • Choose the destination and recipient whenever you export or share.
  • Ask us to delete a beta application email at any time.

Retention and lawful basis

Beta emails are used to respond to your request and organise product research. The working lawful basis is legitimate interests and, where appropriate, steps requested before a beta arrangement. They will not be added to general marketing without a separate opt-in and will be deleted when no longer needed for the beta.

What will change later

Cloud accounts, team sync, AI services, payments or analytics are not part of the first beta. If any are introduced, this notice and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before those features go live.
