The beta is supplied for evaluation and product research. Features may change, records may need to be re-entered, and availability is not guaranteed. Keep your normal business records and independent backups.

Not certification or professional advice

Leccy is an administrative tool. It does not create, issue or validate an electrical certificate; inspect an installation; interpret BS 7671; decide whether work is notifiable; calculate a statutory or scheme deadline; verify scheme registration; or submit a notification. The people responsible for design, construction, inspection and testing remain responsible for completing and signing the appropriate certificate. The user and responsible business remain responsible for following the applicable scheme, certifier or Building Control process accurately and on time.

A Leccy review is a local record made by the user. A prepared or shared pack is not a digital signature, compliance decision, customer receipt, Building Control notification or proof of acceptance.

Acceptable use

Use Leccy only for lawful business purposes. Do not use it to mislead a customer, falsify a record, infringe another person's rights or store information you are not entitled to hold.

Customer information

You decide what customer information to enter and are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis, giving required privacy information and keeping the device, imported PDFs and exports secure.

Ownership

You retain rights in the business data you enter. Caversham Digital is the Leccy product identity. The reviewed final terms will name the verified publisher and state which software, brand and supplied-material rights it owns or licenses. Feedback may be used to improve the product without identifying you publicly unless you agree otherwise.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the beta is supplied without a service-level promise and should not be the sole store for records required by law, contract or scheme rules.

Ending beta access

You may stop using the beta at any time. Caversham Digital may withdraw a pre-release build for safety, legal, security or product reasons.
